THE CONDITIONS LISTED BELOW ARE INTENDED TO BE ACCEPTED BY THE PURCHASER WHEN ORDERING.

The time of delivery change according to the place of destination, about 8 days for Europe and about 15 days for Extra europe country. Major information during the processing order.

Shipments will be made by Fercam or fowarder according to the volume.

Minimum order for UE Euro 500,00 for EXTRA UE min. order Euro 1.000 (tax excluse). Prices are Ex Works. Freight cost will be calculated from our Sales Office that will inform customer by e-mail before payment.

The order must be validated from Commercial Office.

The sale prices shown are VAT free. The offers on the site are valid only for purchases made online. Orders received via e-mail will not be able to take advantage of current offers and discount scales while we reserve the right to adjust the price list for orders received by telephone

Orders can't be validated for single purchasing of only hangers, continues film on roll, perchloroethilene and/or sodium hypochlorite and chlorine bleach.

For market need the prices contained in this web can change in any time without advise.

Invoice will be issued with VAT EXEMPTION and sent by e-mail.

The rounding up of decimal amounts for orders may very depending on program management used.

Return

The customer has the right to return the ordered goods within 8 days of receipt, in whole or in part, if it is found to be defective from the origin, by sending a specific request via email, and giving reasons for the return.

The goods will be checked in their integrity and state of good conservation and will then be replaced with the same product or a discount voucher will be issued for the value of the returned goods to be used with the next purchase.

If during the check it turns out that the defect is not attributable to our company, the charges and costs of management and packaging incurred will be retained.

In the event of returns due to errors made during the order by the customer or second thoughts not due to defective goods, the customer will have the right to withdraw the goods if they are in good condition but the costs of collecting the goods will be retained (or he can arrange with an agreement with your courier or through the Post Office) and the management costs incurred for the preparation of the goods themselves.

In the case of newly produced goods on specific personalized request by the customer, returns will not be accepted.

In any case, the goods must arrive intact in their original packaging, otherwise it will not be possible to apply the right of withdrawal.
